1. Services Provided
RepairFixa provides mobile device, laptop, and tablet repair services at the customer's specified location or at our service center. We commit to providing these services using reasonably skilled and competent staff.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Pricing is provided as an upfront estimate before the repair begins. If additional issues are found during the diagnostic or repair process, we will inform you of any additional costs. You have the right to decline further repair at that stage.
3. Warranty Policy
Most repairs come with up to a 6-month warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific part that was replaced and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or other modifications made after our repair.
4. Liability
We handle your device with the utmost care. However, any device given for repair may contain underlying issues or faults that are not immediately apparent. We are not responsible for loss of data, so we strongly recommend backing up your data before scheduling a repair.
